I really like the shape of these. Its much easier than finding a cloth that fits the area correctly. What I dont like is that the pads are usually too hot to stand and then cool rapidly. I havent quite figured them out yet.

These are pretty big and easily can be heat up or placed in the freezer. They also come with cloth covers to protect your skin whether you use them hot or cold. These are essential for breastfeeding moms!
